If you are beginning to use the web hosting services of 20i, you will need to point your domain to their servers at your domain registrar. Most domain registration or hosting companies will allow you to change nameservers youself within your account or control panel. It’s as easy as just replacing the current nameservers with the 20i nameservers in your DNS settings. Be awre that DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to fully take effect, although it is often complete within a few hours. 

Please note: If you wish to keep your email with its current setup at your current provider, you will need to add mx records at your new hosting provider. Most companies provide steps on how to do this.
